Tiresplus at Franklin Mills Mall have a great group of guys in their shop. They are quick fair and honest. Michael the manager is hands down the best at what he does and always puts the customers first and leaves them with a great experience.

Fantastic parking lot, some of the nicest tarmac I've seen 😉 very happy that Philly scca we're allowed to run an event here. I went here for a trial run with the Philly scca region at a medium sized auto cross event (70 or so participants) on a recent Sunday July 22, 2018. After the event I briefly went to the mall and from what I gathered it's pretty nice, if not prototypical, American mall. Decent food court and various franchises

Great place to shop, you can find pretty much anything you want or need. Food Court leaves a bit to be desired, but if hungry it is pretty good. The collection of stores is wide and varied shops like Boss, Yankee Candle, Amaze, Earring World,Scarfs, H&M, Quail, Sam Ash and the list goes on. They have good anchor stores and selections of movies at the cinema complex, amusement rides and Dave & Buster's. Another thing is if the weather is bad it's a great place to walk around, checking out whats on sale and where to get it. Enjoy we do.

When we first moved here, the mall was bustling with activity and packed with people, full of top brands! But now it's becoming increasingly desolate—major brands have all left! It's truly a pity. The former glory is gone forever, and it's gradually declining. It's heartbreaking!

A large and beautiful mall on the inside, but unfortunately, like many massive shopping centers, it feels almost deserted. There are so few visitors that it’s hard to imagine how the stores manage to stay open. As you walk through, you see closed shops and vacant spaces scattered throughout. It’s not surprising—many of the stores likely don’t see the point of staying in a place that gets so little foot traffic.

First visit in a long time and sad to see how the mall is doing… probably less than 20% occupancy and even at those stores, there are no people. I wonder what caused this mall to fail… Covid? Online shopping? Or private equity? Still a very pleasant building conditions with clean floor and air conditioning. This site will be someone’s opportunity to redevelop one day. Either a data center, sports complex or shipping hub maybe? The pictures are from 7/6/2026 (Sun) around 1pm. Sunny and about 90 degrees out.
